عن التطبيق

«أبراج — نظام العمليات» تطبيق داخلي مخصّص لموظفي مجموعة أبراج الفندقية في قطر لإدارة العمل اليومي: المهام، التدبير الفندقي، الصيانة، الطلبات، وشؤون الموظفين. التطبيق ليس موجّهاً للجمهور، ويتطلب حساب موظف يُنشئه مسؤول النظام أو يُفعَّل ببيانات الموظف المسجّلة لدى إدارة الموارد البشرية.

About this app

"Abraj — Operations System" is an internal workforce application for employees of Abraj Hotels Group, Qatar: daily tasks, housekeeping, maintenance, orders and HR self-service. It is not a consumer app; signing in requires a staff account provisioned by the system administrator or activated against the employee's HR record.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، الدور الوظيفي، ورقم الجوال الذي سجّلته إدارة الموارد البشرية.
• بيانات العمل: ما يُدخله الموظف أو يُسند إليه داخل النظام (مهام، طلبات، ملاحظات، سجلات حضور).
• رمز الإشعارات: معرّف تقني للجهاز تصدره خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google، يُستخدم حصراً لتوصيل إشعارات العمل إلى جهازك.

لا يجمع التطبيق موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا ملفاتك، ولا أي بيانات من خارج نطاق العمل.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, username, job role, and the phone number on your HR record.
• Work data: whatever you enter or are assigned inside the system (tasks, orders, notes, attendance).
• Push token: a technical device identifier issued by Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, used solely to deliver work notifications to your device.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, files, or anything outside the scope of work.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل عمليات الفنادق فقط: إسناد المهام ومتابعتها، توصيل الإشعارات، وإدارة شؤون الموظفين. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. المعالجات الخارجية الوحيدة هي خدمة إشعارات Google (FCM) لتوصيل التنبيهات، وخوادمنا المستضافة لدى مزوّد بنية تحتية داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.

How data is used

Solely to run hotel operations: assigning and tracking work, delivering notifications, and HR administration. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. The only external processors are Google's FCM (notification delivery) and our infrastructure provider hosting the servers in the EU.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

تُحفظ بيانات العمل وفق سياسات المجموعة والتزاماتها النظامية. عند انتهاء علاقة العمل يُعطَّل الحساب، ويمكن للموظف طلب حذف بياناته الشخصية بمراسلة مسؤول النظام. حذف التطبيق من جهازك يُلغي رمز الإشعارات الخاص به تلقائياً.

Retention & deletion

Work data is retained per company policy and legal obligations. When employment ends the account is deactivated, and employees may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the system administrator. Uninstalling the app automatically invalidates its push token.

أمن البيانات

كل الاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مُشفَّر بـ HTTPS/TLS. كلمات المرور تُخزَّن مُجزّأة (bcrypt) ولا يمكن استرجاعها نصاً، وجلسات الدخول محدودة المدة. الوصول داخل النظام محكوم بصلاحيات دقيقة لكل موظف — فلا يرى أحد إلا ما يخصّ عمله. الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات مستضافة داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى مزوّد بنية تحتية، ولا يطّلع على البيانات ولا يستخدمها لأي غرض. ونحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازم للعمل فقط.

Data security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt) and cannot be recovered as text, and sessions expire. Access inside the system is governed by per-employee permissions, so nobody sees more than their own work requires. Servers and the database are hosted in the European Union by an infrastructure provider that does not access or use the data for any purpose of its own. We keep only the minimum data needed to operate.
