If you have messaged us on Instagram or WhatsApp, or used our systems, we may hold limited data about you: your account handle or phone number, the messages exchanged, and anything you provided yourself during the conversation (such as a name and contact number for a booking enquiry).

If you are an employee with an app account

You may ask us to delete specific personal data without deleting your account — for example your phone number, e-mail address, photos you uploaded or comments you wrote. Contact your system administrator, or e-mail info@abraj.com.qa from your registered address, saying what you would like removed.

To delete the whole account: ask your system administrator or write to the same address. The account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as payroll records), which we will tell you about explicitly.

Fastest: send delete in the same conversation you messaged us from — the request reaches our team already linked to your account.

• We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• Your messages and contact details are deleted within 30 days at the latest.
• We retain only the minimum the law requires (for example financial transaction records, where they exist), and we tell you explicitly if that applies.
• Stopping automated messages is immediate and separate from deletion: send stop at any time.
